Nazia Ansari, an M. Ed and Orton Gillingham Fellow-in-Training, is a globally recognized professional working with students worldwide.

Her training expertise focuses on supporting academic achievement among neurodiverse students, building literacy skills in this population, and providing support for executive functioning. With a commitment to education and neurodiversity, Nazia Ansari contributes to the global effort to enhance learning experiences for diverse students.

Shameem Banu

MSc (Rehab), A/OGA, C-SLDI, Dyslexia Specialist, ADSHE, UK

Shameem is a Quality Assured SpLD Practitioner, Certified Disability Practitioner and Dyslexia Specialist with 14 years of experience.

Shameem is a person with physical disability who advocates for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) practices in educational and workplace settings. “Nothing about us without us” – for the disability advisory role, a person with a disability would make a greater impact than anyone else because a PwD like her come with their own personal lived experience in higher education. Her strong academic background and personal experience provides her with deep knowledge on disabilities and their impact on physical, mental, and social well-being. Shameem’s training expertise is based on building literacy among neurodiverse learners.

Fazeelah Wazir

Fazeelah is a passionate and experienced educator who is committed to helping students reach their full potential.

With 6 years of experience as a mainstream teacher, Fazeelah has a deep understanding of diverse learners and effective teaching strategies. Fazeelah offers both in-person tutoring in Nairobi and virtual sessions, making it easy for students to access her expertise.

With a background in pharmacy and healthcare, she is now pursuing a fulfilling career in education, focusing on supporting neurodivergent students

Inspired by her journey as a parent to young children, she is passionate about creating inclusive learning environments where every child can thrive. This career change reflects her commitment to making a meaningful impact in the lives of students and their families, leveraging her empathy, dedication, and skills to empower children to reach their full potential.

Dave Watson

Reading Specialist

After his daughter’s dyslexia diagnosis, Dave shifted gears. Now, he’s helping neurodiverse learners—especially expat families—thrive. Business brain, big heart, based in Munich.

With a background in marketing, strategy, and a decade teaching business, Dave pivoted after his daughter’s dyslexia diagnosis given the realization that resources were limited—especially for expat families in Europe. Based in Munich, Dave holds degrees from the University of California, Berkeley and the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Shabnam Mujaver

As a mother of seven children, Shabnam has successfully homeschooled her own children. She shares her expertise on supporting maths with struggling learners

Dyscalculia and mathematical difficulties are often concurrent with dyslexia and other specific learning difficulties. Shabnam’s role as a tutor and consultant is to provide firm foundational skills in maths.

Since graduating from Oxford University, Shabnam has harnessed over 15 years experience in supporting children in non-mainstream education. With a particular interest in Developmental Psychology, she is also a home educator and facilitates a forum for private examinations in England.
